Hi, I’m Nathalie 👋🏼
UX / Product Designer based in New York City.
My passion for UX started in 2017 when I supported one of Bloomberg’s digital products (but I didn’t know it then).
I began to become passionate about user experience in a support role helping clients with product related questions. Shortly after, I full-heartedly leaped into the UX field.
Related Education
In 2018 I joined the UX department at Bloomberg where I led one of the UX standards team. In this role I worked with designers, engineers, and project managers to manage existing design system and filling in the gaps where needed to improve.
I started a General Assembly UX Design course to scratch the surface of user experience design. I later joined Pratt Institute’s Master’s program in Information Experience Design, while working in the design systems and shaping the user experience in Bloomberg’s product delivery process.
I became an Interaction Designer for one of Bloomberg’s enterprise products.
• I designed new experiences during a product migration effort, helping facilitate a 20k user migration.
• Internally I led efforts in Bloomberg’s internal CRM tools, helping account managers, salespeople, and alike manage relationships with their clients.
Aside from designing for great user experience, I also learned that successful projects require clarity, focus, and alignment between all teams. Throughout my time at Bloomberg I became a strong collaborator with the product and engineering teams, helping drive product forward with strategy and a cohesive “why”.
My joy is creating high-functioning and collaborative environments between different teams, where everyone’s strengths gets to shine towards one common goal.
