Hi, I’m Nathalie 👋🏼
UX / Product Designer based in New York City.My passion for UX began at Bloomberg, where I worked in premium product support before transitioning into the UX org and later becoming an Interaction Designer on Bloomberg’s enterprise products.
Early in my design career, I worked within the design system team, collaborating closely with designers and engineers to evolve UX standards, refine interaction patterns, and improve consistency across products. I also served as a lead UX touch point for enterprise product releases, helping ensure experiences were implemented thoughtfully and cohesively across teams.
Since then, I’ve worked across enterprise product migration initiatives, internal tools, and portfolio analytics experiences — leading research and design efforts that helped simplify complex workflows, align cross-functional teams, and improve product usability at scale. My work has included contributing to a large-scale product migration supporting over 20k users, as well as leading research and workflow strategy for Bloomberg’s internal CRM tooling.
I care deeply about creating clarity within complexity. I view my design work as helping teams move forward with focus, alignment, and shared understanding. This is why I work closely with product and engineering partners to uncover the right problems, shape product direction through research and systems thinking, and create experiences that balance user needs with business and technical realities.
One of my strengths is building collaborative environments where teams can work through ambiguity together and move toward intentional, well-informed decisions.
