Hi, I’m Nathalie 👋🏼
UX / Product Designer based in New York City.My passion for UX started during my premium product support role at Bloomberg, a fintech company with over 300k users.
I moved to the UX department shortly after, working in the design system. I collaborated with designers and engineers to manage and improve our design system and the company’s UX standards — refining interaction and stylistic patterns, leading to a more intuitive and consistent user experience.
I served as the lead UX touch point for pre-product releases in our Enterprise products suite, where I ensured proper UX implementation of these products.
After completing a General Assembly UX Design course, which only scratched the surface, I got accepted to Pratt Institute’s Master’s program in Information Experience Design and graduated in 2023.
I began working on design projects and fully became an Interaction Designer for one of Bloomberg’s enterprise products in 2022.
• I designed new products and redesigned experiences for a large scale product migration, helping facilitate a 20k user migration.
• I led research and design for Bloomberg’s internal CRM tools. I bridged UX processes with the nascent product team, led generative research, and created persona, user journeys, and jobs-to-be-done artifacts to help empathize with users, facilitate prioritization and obtain team alignment.
Design isn’t about perfecting pixels. It’s about creating clarity, focus, and forward movement across teams. I do this by partnering closely with product and engineering — asking the right questions, using design thinking to shape decisions, and prioritizing collaboration over passive execution.
One of my strengths is to create high-functioning and collaborative environments between different teams, where everyone’s strengths shines towards one common goal.
